We receive it from others
- Lenders and originators — limited transaction status updates when you've engaged a Kyon-introduced lender.
- Analytics & communications providers — anonymized usage metrics and email/SMS delivery information from the providers we use to run this Site and reply to inquiries.
Please do not transmit sensitive personal or financial information (such as Social Security or bank account numbers) through forms on this Site or by unsecured messaging. Sensitive items are collected later through secure channels operated by the lender.

By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to be contacted by Kyon by email, phone, text, or messaging regarding your inquiry, using the contact details you provide; message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time — reply STOP to any text, click the unsubscribe link in any email, or email mam@kyoncapital.com. Some service-related messages may still be sent.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
