Mortgage origination is conducted through CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC.

4. Scope of Kyon's Role
Kyon Capital LLC is a real estate finance advisory firm. We help clients evaluate and compare financing options. We do not originate consumer mortgage loans, and we are not a mortgage lender. Once a client chooses a direction, mortgage financing is originated by the licensed Mortgage Loan Originator listed above through the licensed lending relationship listed above.
Products, availability, rates, and terms depend on eligibility, are determined by the lender, and are subject to underwriting, appraisal, valuation, title, insurance, documentation, and program guidelines. Not all applicants will qualify. This is not a commitment to lend.
5. State Availability
Kyon Capital LLC is based in Florida. Mortgage origination through the licensed channel above is available in the states in which the originator and lender are licensed. Availability of any particular product or originator depends on applicable licensing and is confirmed during your consultation. Products and services may not be available in all states.
6. Private Lending
Private lending products described on this site are business-purpose, asset-based loans for real estate investors and are not consumer mortgage loans subject to NMLS licensing in the same way as residential mortgages. They are not intended for owner-occupied primary residences. Kyon may arrange financing through third-party lending sources or, in certain cases, fund directly; most transactions are placed through Kyon's lending network. See our Disclosures for details.
